I pressed the info button on the BBC's risible Strictly Come Ballroom and, weirdly, it contained no such warning.

Weird! You STILL haven't followed my instructions to getting the UK programming guide on your sky box.
Here they are again:
Go to Sky News (501)
Press the red button
Go to any of the interactive screens and press select
Remove your Sky card
Press back up repeatedly until you get back to Sky News
You should get a blue screen with the "Obtaining Channel List" or similar info box
When it returns you should have BBC1 on 101 etc, plus ITV, C4 on the programme guide, plus BBC3, BBC4 blah blah. BBC Scotch will be up in the high 900's somewhere.
