Whilst watching the Wizard of Oz last night with the kids the tin man blew steam out of his head.
My daughter asked, "How does he do that?"
"He ... doesn't exist", I replied, helpfully.
My own Dad, always used to answer such questions with two words, "Trick Photography".
At least he was trying.
