Grand Slam. Thank-you Mam.

Two things happened yesterday. Well loads of things happened, obviously, but lets just pretend, for a laugh, that only these two things happened.

1. Ireland's must famous businessman and it's first billionaire, Tony O'Reilly, retired.
But remember, under no circumstances whatsoever, must you call him Tony, for, since he took the Queen's Shilling in 2001, he must be referred to as Sir Anthony O'Reilly. He absolutely insists on it and, furthermore, feel free to drop the Fenian sounding O' as well while you're at it. O'Reilly is a former Irish rugby international and, you might just apply the word "former" to his status as an Irishman generally.

2. Talking of rugby, the Irish rugby team (most of whom also play for Britain now) met the Queen at Stormont.
At least they have the decency to look a bit disinterested.

What are we to make of this?
Nothing. It's no biggie apparently.
